Returns:

All pet sweatshirts are made to order because they are fully customized by you!  These items are nonreturnable!

Un customizable items are returnable until 30 days after shipment, with full item refund available. Being there are no signs of use, including washing, wearing, etc. Please email northernvalleycontact@gmail for return requests.

Shipping:

All pet sweatshirts are made to order because they are fully customized by you! We do not have stock of them so please allow up to 14 business days for shipment!

Sizing:

All hoodies and crewnecks are unisex sizing! Around normal fit for men and run a little larger than regular women sizes. If you are unsure of what size to get or are between two sizes, size up! These designs are made to fit 4”x4” on the front side of sweatshirts. Options on placement are available.
